We Creators believe in our own law and order. We follow our Commandments and live by our own code of vengeance. We Believe, in essence, a libertarian style 'Bill of Rights'. We believe that laws should reflect our natural instincts. That Creators have a right to freedom of speech and the right to self-defense. Personal freedoms in our Creativity Theocracy would be similar to a religious version of the US constitution's first 10 or so Amendments. Loosely speaking, of course.
A simple rundown of our laws and rights is as follows:
Free Speech is needed to express ideas, which are then used to debate.
Gun Rights equal equality of the People and the state. It also allows the state to defend itself from invasion.
Basic Healthcare is needed to maintain the health of the populace, thus defending the state from invasion.
Schooling is a right needed to maintain the high level of the people.
Protecting the environment is necessary to protecting the People.
Trial by jury and mandatory legal representation is needed to ensure that basic rights are not abused by the state just for security.
We believe that our bodies are our own. No mandates shall be used to force drugs upon anyone, nor to stop people from freely smoking weed or drinking beer. Only Eugenics laws would be mandated.
While laws are needed to give guidance for order, it is a very different thing to use laws to dictate order. Instincts should always be taken into account regarding ANY law.
One last thing. It is our belief that long-term incarceration in infidel style prisons leads to criminal behavior by filling the criminals mind with a need to right the wrong. Sentences, besides being based on what is MORAL and what is INSTINCTUAL, need to reflect rehabilitation. Shorter sentences with an emphasis of education, trade skills and exercise will give the criminal a chance to pay for his crime while not being filled with self-hate or hatred towards society. Of course, those who are career violent criminals should be given the death penalty. Habitual non-violent criminals should be banished. Long-term imprisonment is a dangerous waste of money and life.
