We are NOT taking credit for ANY picture of a sticker that may or may not be 'illegally' placed. But according to Austin City Code it is LEGAL to place stickers and flyers onto public property so long as no permanent damage is done to said property that is at least $100 or greater. Suck it, DPS!! lol
